Reservation Cancellation Policy:

• According to international Hotel standards the check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 1:00 pm.
• If you need to enter the hotel before the check-in time, you will have to book the room from the day before at the agreed fee.
• To cancel your reservation you can do so up to 72 hours before the check-in date. IMPORTANT: If the cancellation is NOT done inside the time limits, the hotel will charge the NO SHOW fee equal to the first night of accommodation .
