The San Luis Village Hotel offers decoration for any church on the island, depending on the taste of the couple: a decorated golf cart to leave the church, bouquet and garter for the bride, corsage for the groom and a shell for the rings .

Would you rather a civil wedding?

Civil weddings can be performed on the beach at our hotel. The requirements and documents for marriage, must be requested by the bride and groom directly to the Single Notary of San Andres, Dr. Rafael Mesa, by calling +57 (8) 5122112.
Civil marriages performed in our hotel at the beach are specially decorated for the occasion with an arch or gazebo, center table decorated a natural flower arrangement chosen by the bride and groom. Chairs for the couple and guests (wood, dressed Rimax chairs or mats ), torches, candle and lighting.

Eight (8) double rooms (double room plus bathroom) + eight (8) quadruple rooms (4 people) + double room with lounge with two single beds and a bathroom.

Considerations

To have the wedding in our hotel you must take the hosting service also.
It is mandatory, when the event is for more than 15 people you prepay 70% of the reservation for guest rooms for at least two nights for low season and 4 nights for high season.
To guarantee exclusivity, weddings over 48 people must fill the maximum capacity of the hotel in its 16 rooms.
The hours for weddings on the beach is from 5 pm. to 12 am, for weddings that have exclusivity. For those who do not have exclusivity, the hours are from 5 pm. to 10 pm to guarantee the tranquility of the other guests and regulations of the environmental authority of the Island.
The hotel doesn’t have event rooms. We host events at the beach and the hotels gardens, which can be rented according to the number of guests.
All guests must be staying at the Hotel for two nights minimum at a special rate that the hotel offers.
On the beaches of the island symbolic weddings can only be preformed by a Christian minister or civil marriages, if one of the bride or the groom is resident on the island or are authorized by the Notary.
Catholic weddings are only valid when done inside a church, beach weddings are not valid for catholic religion.
Our Hotel has 8 double rooms and 8 family triple or quadruple rooms. A multiple accommodation capacity for up to 50 people.
